New Route and new Pub
Tim is leading a circular “Festive Walk” from Edenbridge to Crockham Hill and back on Sunday 17th December. Catch the 09.23 train from East Croydon to Uckfield, alighting at Edenbridge Town at 09.46. We will then walk to the Royal Oak pub in Crockham Hill for refreshments – there won’t be time for a sit down meal but you will probably be able to get a snack. Otherwise, bring your own snack. The walk will return to Tim’s house for Mulled Wine and Mince Pies, or you can head straight back to the Station, one train per hour. The walk is about 8.5 miles long.
You must complete the walk to be able to partake in the refreshments. Do not turn up just for the Mulled Wine and Tarts
